I made this last night for the wife and me and it was delicious! It was quick and very easy. The next time that we make it, and it is so good that the next time will be soon, we’re going to double the amount of the sauce so that we have more to spread over the rice. Thanks so much for an easy to make meal that tastes delightful!

It will just bring out a different flavor of the garlic. A deeper, toastier version that layers an additional flavor to the sauce. It’s not necessary at all!

Excellent and I just put all the sauce ingredients including the oil and raw garlic together and simmered until thick and clear red . No need to cook garlic before in the oil .
