I haven’t tried it personally, but it should work with some adjustments on cooking time. I’d just add the chicken in with the veggies to begin with.

Medium rare for me too, but the cooking time will always depend on the thickness of your steaks

Broiling doesn’t have a temperature setting. If anything, it is only high or low. I recommend high if you have the option.
